As Founder of One World Rhythm, Pete Ellison has over 17 years of practical hands on experience in working with diverse groups of people. From corporate boardrooms, city classrooms, nursery schools, park & recreation programs, senior centers and countless library events, Pete’s unique presentation style provides for rapid results and a fun-filled experience. Pete has studied for multiple years with “Drum Circle Music” and is a Vic Firth Educational Artist (http://vicfirth.com/) . Pete is also the Founder of the Black Knights Drum Corps (a non-profit youth organization recognized as the “Official Musical Ambassador’s for the City of Burbank, California) and
founding Board Member of the Southern California Percussion Alliance (http://sc-pa.org/), a non-profit organization that serves over 3000 student percussionists each year.

Debbie Keith has served on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations and has worked for the Burbank Unified School District working both on campus as well as serving on school site council for 5 years prior to coming to One World Rhythm. Debbie is also the National Training Coordinator for Drum Circle Music.
Debbie serves as both Events Coordinator and Facilitator for One World Rhythm. Debbie has also completed 2 years of training with Drum Circle Music. Debbie’s background in working with youth coupled with her administrative background make her a welcome addition to the OWR team

Paul Hanson heads up the Ventura County office of One World Rhythm. Paul’s extensive percussion background has had him on tour in both the United States and in Japan with some of the ensembles he has participated with. Paul has taught as a walk-on coach for several High School music programs and now acts as a Consultant to school music programs as time permits.
On his free time, Paul enjoys playing in a local jazz band and actively volunteers with Landmark ( a communication program, and New Earth, a non-profit organization focused on environmental sustainability). Paul currently resides in Ventura, California with his wife, Marisa, and their three year old son, Decklan.
